Nowness has just replaced e-luxury.
LVMH group pioneered luxury goods selling on line with the San Francisco headquartered e-luxury it launched back in June 2000. e-luxury has interrupted its operations by early 2009, after one month of severe discounted prices. I made some good deals by the way. The official reason was that the labels presented on the website has been developing their own online retail store.
e-luxury has just been LVMH first step into the web.
Since then, LVMH group went deeper on line. A Louis Vuitton store has opened on november 2007.In a certain way, that has lifted the taboo surrounding luxury’s price. They have a facebook page. And Louis Vuitton Spring 2010 Ready To Wear collection was the first show to be broadcasted.
